(1) Standard Rate: USD 600 or CNY 4080 for the conference registration fee including paper publishing fee (for one paper).
Student Rate: USD 500 or CNY 3400 for the conference registration fee including paper publishing fee (for one paper).
(2) Standard Rate: USD 400 or CNY 2700 for publish paper only (for one paper).
Student Rate: USD 300 or CNY 2000 for publish paper only (for one paper).

11. Chinese Language service
(1) Chanise Language service avarible for the conference representatives at the Dallas airport in November 15,2010..
(2) Set the simultaneous interpretation for specific reports in the general meeting (Listen with headphone).
(3) In conference sessions, read out paper in English on behalf of paper author; offer oral interpretation for author in the procedure of question and answer.
(4) Chinese Language service is provided by the conference affair team during the holding period of conference.
(5) Chinese Language service avarible in whole duration of investigation activity on computer education in US universities and colleges after the conference closed.
12. A tour group of investigation on computer education in US universities and colleges (undergraduate, graduate and doctoral education, remote,continuing education) will be organized after the conference closed.. The related information will be offered in detail later.

1. It would take a substantial amount of time for getting a passport and visa, please submit paper as early as possible. We will notify the author after the review completed as soon as possible.
2. The paper template, requirements, typesetting format are exactly same with ICCSE. Please download paper template from website http://isctae.org.
3. It would return USD 260 or CMY 1800 back to author if his/her papers had not been indexed by ISTP till October 1,2011.
4. Please inform us which US universities you want to visit as soon as possible. So that we could make better arrangement due to majority view.

由“全国高等学校计算机教育研究会”组编的《全国计算机新科技与计算机教育论文集》（第18卷上集）已经由西南大学出版社出版正式出版，书（刊）号为 ISBN-978-7-5663-0168-2，现在继续出版《全国计算机新科技与计算机教育论文集（第18卷下集）》，与《全国计算机技术应用与高等学校计算机教育论文集》联合征文，通知如下：
1、 全国计算机技术，特别注重创新。重点：计算机基础技术、软件工程、数据库、计算机网络、人工智能、虚拟现实、CAD/CAM、模式识别，不限于以上部分。
2、 全国计算机应用，特别是在高校教育上的应用。
